The real art behind any marketing is the same old story; Understanding where your audience is at and why? At Five Toes Media we don't see the word 'OR'. We see the word 'AND'. Yes, digital is the way forward as we connect more of our lives into digital communications, and the marketing opportunities are fantastic! Business MUST grasp the fundamentals of digital communication and continue to maintain investment in this medium in order to remain competitiveand ahead of the game. You business needs to have a good web site, use blogs, video and social media. However, as humans we use all our senses to understand our world and environment. Touch is one of the major senses and one which can provoke an emotional response. So we must preserve marketing thoughts as to how we can capture this emotional connection. Print is an incredibly versatile medium. Not only can create stunning visual effects for the eye in design and typography, but by using textures and finishes we can create a physical response not possible with digital. Direct marketing using print is possibly still the most effective sales method over digital, so let's not dismiss print for the sake of following the crowd. We believe print will maintain a strategic place in the marketing armory of any good marketeer and complement digital strategy rather than being replaced by it. So understanding your audience and the best marketing methods of communicating with them is vitally important.
