Through a consultative approach our goal is to understand your business challenges over the short, medium and long term. We aim to work with you as a partner to deliver solutions that provide benefits in enhanced communications and brand engagement between you and your customers.

Once approved Five Toes Media will deliver and bring the project to reality as smoothly and effectively as possible with a minimum investment of your time.

Overview of Process

1. Client makes contact with Five Toes Media. During this initial discussion we will establish your basic business needs and a time line of the project.

2. Five Toes Media meets with client to consult in detail on project and define goals and expectations.

3. Once the project and time line is confirmed, the client appoints a contact point and allocates any additional internal resources.

4. Five Toes Media establishes teams for design, content, production and/or other services as required by the project.

5. Client representative works with Five Toes Media to finalise the project design, content, schedules, etc.

6. Five Toes Media receives client final approval of project for completion.

7. Five Toes Media meets to discuss post-project review.

Our goal is to ensure we deliver on our promise. Communication of goals and expectations is crucial from both sides to ensure that this is achieved within the brief.
